    An afternoon of drumming with other women to release stress, connect and share. You will leave self-confident and energized,yet peaceful. Are you feeling isolated and lonely even if you live in London surrounded by loads of people? Are you stressed from work or anxious about your personal situation? Do you feel you never have time for yourself and so any self care? Are you craving more authentic and in person connection with other women? Look no further!!! Come and join me for a whole afternoon of women's drum circle! We will gather in a safe and secure space to take a welcome pause in our busy lives, tune into ourself, express how we feel, and drum to shake that energy and bring back movement into our lives! Drumming allow us to "switch off" the mind, and move from overthinking into feeling and letting the inner wisdom of our bodies to express itself. Expect some gentle guided meditation, plenty of drumming, in group or by pairs, times to share how we are feeling, and a nice drumming relaxation (aka shamanic journey) at the end. A place to share with and witness one another; welcoming our sorrow, our love, our pain, and our gratitude.Through gentle somatic rituals, shared reflections, and moments of silence and singing, we will tend to our sorrow, release some of the weight we carry, and welcome healing and integration.You are not alone. This is a space for you to feel held, supported, and seen. Your grief is valid.
