  • Women’s drum circle – “Release stress and anxiety”

Grove Neighbourhood Centre, Bradmore Park Road, London, Royaume-Uni 7 Bradmore Park Road Upper Hall, London, W6 0DT, London

Two hours to go from stressed to serene. This circle is for women only, so that it is a safe space to be heard, to feel comfortable, and experience drumming with a group in the best possible way. You can expect meditation and visualisation, drumming sessions, drumming as a group and in pairs, times to share about our feelings or experience of drumming (not compulsory, nothing is compulsory!), and a drumming relaxation at the end (shamanic journey). 8 natural-skin handheld drums are available to borrow if you don't have one. Drumming has been very profound and powerful for me and my deep desire is […]
