A women's drum circle is a safe space for women to drum together. The theme, "Trust" is an invitation to explore what it means for us. This circle is for women only, so that it is a safe space to be heard, to feel comfortable, and experience drumming with a group in the best possible way. Beginners are warmly welcome! The theme of "Trust" is an invitation to reflect on how much or how little we trust ourselves/others/our intuition/the world.... Drumming will as always allow us to fully drop into our bodies and receive messages beyond the mind. You can expect meditation and visualisation, drumming as a group and in pairs, times to share about our feelings or experience of drumming (not compulsory, nothing is compulsory!), and a drumming relaxation at the end (shamanic journey). 8 natural-skin handheld drums are available to borrow if you don't have one.
