A women's drum circle is a safe space for women to drum together. The theme, "Inner child" is an invitation to make space for her! This circle is for women only, so that it is a safe space to be heard, to feel comfortable, and experience drumming with a group in the best possible way. Beginners are warmly welcome! The theme of "Inner child" is an invitation to reflect on how we interact with this part of ourselves.... Our inner little girls..... It's an invitation to make space for her, perhaps releasing some things she had to go through in childhood, and make space for joy and innocene in our current lives. Drumming will as always allow us to fully drop into our bodies and receive messages beyond the mind. You can expect meditation and visualisation, drumming as a group and in pairs, times to share about our feelings or experience of drumming (not compulsory, nothing is compulsory!), and a drumming relaxation at the end (shamanic journey). 8 natural-skin handheld drums are available to borrow if you don't have one.
