Monthly women’s drum circle

Women's drumming circle I am delighted to facilitate this monthly women's drumming circle near Hammersmith at the Grove Neighbour Centre. It will take place on the last Friday of the month (7.30pm to 9.30pm). Friday 25th April 2025 - Se*uality and creativity Friday 30th May 2025 - Finding my true self Friday 27th June 2025 - Theme TBC The themes are only indicative, they can be a guide in our sharing times, or not! All women welcome, no experience necessary and drums are available to borrow. Drumming is done intuitively so there is no "technique" or specific rythm to follow. You can come to all circles or just as a one-off. This is an open group! It is an opportunity to take time for yourself, nurture your energy, feel part of a community and empowered! I make sure the space is safe and secure for everyone to express their voice in the most autenthic manner.
