A place to share with and witness one another; welcoming our sorrow, our love, our pain, and our gratitude.Through gentle somatic rituals, shared reflections, and moments of silence and singing, we will tend to our sorrow, release some of the weight we carry, and welcome healing and integration.You are not alone. This is a space for you to feel held, supported, and seen. Your grief is valid. Your story matters.We ask you to bring an open heart and, if you feel comfortable, a small item that symbolises your journey—a photo, a flower, or anything meaningful to you.This ceremony is offered with deep compassion and respect.   • Women’s drum circle – “Moving forward”

    A women's drum circle is a safe space for women to drum together. The theme, "Moving Forward" will call for new opportunities. I am thrilled to offer this space to you. This circle is for women only, so that it is a safe space to be heard, to feel comfortable, and experience drumming with a group in the best possible way. Beginners are warmly welcome! You can expect meditation and visualisation, drumming as a group and in pairs, times to share about our feelings or experience of drumming (not compulsory), and a drumming relaxation at the end (shamanic journey). 8 natural-skin handheld drums are available to borrow. The theme of "Moving Forward" is only an invitation to reflect on what we wish to leave behind us, and with drumming we will get messages and support on how best it is to be done for each of us individually. Drumming has been very profound and powerful for me and my deep desire to to share that experience with other women so that we can tap into our intuition and be guided in the best possible way in our everyday lives.
